Terms and Conditions
1. Refund and Payment Policy:
1.1 A £60 non-refundable deposit is payable on booking a party. We reserve the right to re-book any party failing the payment of a deposit.
1.2 All parties have a minimum amount required (as described in each party section on our website). This minimum amount will be charged/payable should guest numbers fall below this amount on the day of the party.
1.3 If a party is cancelled the paid deposit will be forfeited however if the party is cancelled within 48 hours of the party date an alternative date can be arranged (subject to availability) and the deposit will be transferred.
1.4 Rearranging of an alternative date as mentioned in 1.3 above will only be applicable after a party has been cancelled once, this will not be applicable to a previous cancelled party, in the case where a party has already been cancelled the deposit will be forfeited.
1.5 Final numbers for party guests should be confirmed at least 5 (Five) working days before the party. If it is not, we cannot take any responsibility for not having the preferred products chosen by you.
1.6 After the final numbers have been confirmed the full amount will be owed to Wacky Paint even if the number of guests are lower on the day.
1.7 The balance (the full amount minus the deposit) for the party is payable to Wacky Paint in cash or card before the set-up of the party starts. A bank transfer will also be accepted if said transfer is made at least 24 hours before the party starts.

2. Liability:
2.1 Children should wear suitable clothing we do supply children with aprons but we cannot be held liable for any damage caused to clothing due to paint stains. We recommend that children bring along older clothing for our painting parties.
2.2 No liability is accepted for any loss or damage, however caused, resulting from the use of our products, whether for injury, damage to property or any other loss. Every reasonable care is taken to ensure that products are suitable for the use intended and used accordingly.
2.3 Wacky Paint is a Mobile Art Studio we do not accept any liability whatsoever for any venue charges. We need a half an hour to set up and a half an hour to clear up, this needs to be taken into account when the Party host books the party venue. Payment of the entire time slot including the time needed for set up and clear up will be the responsibility of the Party Host.

3. Party Boxes and DIY Sets:
3.1 Our liability of any kind (including our own negligence) is limited to the price paid for the goods.
3.2 Any Party Boxes or DIY sets purchased from Wacky Paint can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date. This is subject to the fact that all items are to be returned unused in its original packaging. Wacky Paint will not accept returns of any partly used party boxes. The Purchaser will be responsible for the postage fee for returning unwanted products.
3.3 If any products are damaged when received by the Purchaser, it is the responsibility of the Purchaser to inform Wacky Paint of such damages as soon as possible. After we have established that such damage has occur we will endeavor to replace such items as soon as possible.

4. General:
4.1 Our terms and conditions may change occasionally and will become effective once we post it on our website or when we email it to you.
4.2 By booking a party with Wacky Paint you agree to abovementioned terms and conditions.
